We believe that every student matters to God and therefore matters to us. Through a variety of programs our team connects with students personally in order to share and show the love of Christ and prepare them to navigate their faith as they take their next steps in life.

Chambersburg Campus

MidPoint is for students in 6th-8th grade and HighPoint is for students in 9th -12th grade. Our mission is to create a fun environment where all students feel like they belong and connect them with a circle (small group) with leaders who can care for them, know them, and help them navigate difficult questions about life, faith, and relationships. Students can expect energetic games, engaging activities, exciting worship, and applicable teaching. Each evening will end with snacks and digging deeper in conversation with their circle and circle leaders.
MidPoint and HighPoint meet on Wednesday evenings from 6PM – 8PM.
Beginning January 6th, students will check-in at the GPC-Chambersburg Sanctuary lobby. MidPoint and HighPoint students will begin the evening together in the Sanctuary, followed by small group time with their Circles from 7-8pm.

NEXT STEPS
Serving
Jesus outlined the two greatest commandments in Matthew 22 and they are to love God and love others. Often students don’t know what their purpose is and struggle to find their place in the church. Here we believe there is no greater purpose than to love God and love others and we encourage students to put that into practice by serving. There are many opportunities within the church. We see most of our students serving in KidsPoint as helpers on Sunday mornings but there are also opportunities to serve in the youth ministry, worship arts department, welcome and connections and so much more! Serving is sometimes a sacrifice of time and can be uncomfortable, but it is all done as an act of worship and obedience and is one of the best ways of taking that next step in your faith.
Missions
Grand Point Church is a missions minded community that desires to see life change happen in our community and around the world. In the past the youth ministry has done missions work in Harrisburg, the Bronx NYC, and Central America, and will continue to provide missions opportunities for our students in the upcoming years. Being involved in missions has a way of helping students take a leap of faith and experience how important they are to the Kingdom of God.
