We believe that every student matters to God and therefore matters to us. Through a variety of programs our team connects with students personally in order to share and show the love of Christ and prepare them to navigate their faith as they take their next steps in life.

MidPoint is a mid-week program for students in 6th-8th grade that meets every Wednesday evening 6:45-8:15 during the school year. Our mission is to create a fun environment where all students feel like they belong and connect them with a circle (small group) with leaders who can care for them, know them, and help them navigate difficult questions about life, faith, and relationships. Students can expect energetic games, engaging activities, exciting worship, and applicable teaching. Each evening will end with snacks and digging deeper in conversation with their circle and circle leaders.
HighPoint is a Sunday evening program for students in 9th-12th grade that meets from 6-8pm during the school year. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where students can feel free to discuss important cultural and social issues that pertain to them in order to gain a better understanding of God and his purpose for their lives. Students can expect group games and activities, uplifting worship, teaching from the youth staff and guest speakers, and discussion groups (circles).
Sunday Morning D.I.G. (Deeper Into God)
During the 9:45am service time, we provide middle school and a high school classes in the youth wing for students to gain a deeper understanding of the Bible and how it can apply to their current situations in life. Our dedicated teaching staff loves working with the students and are all personally invested in the spiritual growth of each and every student.

Jesus outlined the two greatest commandments in Matthew 22 and they are to love God and love others. Often students don’t know what their purpose is and struggle to find their place in the church. Here we believe there is no greater purpose than to love God and love others and we encourage students to put that into practice by serving. There are many opportunities within the church. We see most of our students serving in KidsPoint as helpers on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights but there are also opportunities to serve in the youth ministry, worship arts department, welcome and connections and so much more! Serving is sometimes a sacrifice of time and can be uncomfortable, but it is all done as an act of worship and obedience and is one of the best ways of taking that next step in your faith.
Grand Point Church is a missions minded community that desires to see life change happen in our community and around the world. In the past the youth ministry has done missions work in Harrisburg, the Bronx NYC, and Central America, and will continue to provide missions opportunities for our students in the upcoming years. Being involved in missions has a way of helping students take a leap of faith and experience how important they are to the Kingdom of God.
Bible quizzing is a great way for students to familiarize themselves with the Word of God. Quizzing is a competitive Bible memory program that helps students retain Biblical characters, stories, and verses, and travel to other churches, seeing how the body of Christ is interconnected across communities.
