Baptism is an outward declaration and celebration of your inward decision to trust Christ with your life for eternity. At Grand Point Church we believe water baptism is a public declaration of three very important things:

1. It means you have made a decision to believe in Jesus and want Him to control your life. (John 3:16)

2. It means that there has been a change in your life that you want others to know about. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

3. It means that you are now a part of a new family. (Galatians 3:26-27)

Those interested in participating in baptism need to complete the following form. Please do not be concerned about your answers. We are looking for responses that come from your heart and experience! Once your form is received, we will reach out to set up an in-person meeting to go over the details of the day. Deadline to sign up is July 7.

Even if you’re not being baptized that day, you’re going to want to save the date & make plans to join us! We’ll gather for a summer celebration with a cookout, worship, baptisms, yard games, and more. Everything kicks off at GPC-Chambersburg by the pavilion at 5PM. Bring chairs, yard games, and a dessert to share if you’re able – we’ll provide hot dogs, burgers, sides, and drinks!
