Re:generation is a biblically-based discipleship program offering healing, recovery, and freedom from any type of struggle.
The reality is that we all experience brokenness in this life.
We all experience brokenness in life. At re:generation, we believe that anyone can experience new life and freedom by working through steps of healing given to us by God through the Bible. All who are tired, broken or hurting are invited to come find recovery in Jesus Christ.
Re:generation is 12-step discipleship through recovery. By working through these biblical steps within an authentic community, people have found freedom from substance abuse, codependency, pornography, eating disorders, depression, fear, control, and many other personal struggles.
What are the 12 Steps? What to Expect
The first step is just showing up.
Weekly Meetings
You will begin each weekly meeting gathered with others in the program to hear stories of life change or teaching through the steps. Then you will split off into small groups of men or women to discuss what you are learning through the curriculum.
Daily Course Work
Each day, you will spend some time working through the re:generation curriculum on your own. The workbooks will guide you through short reading assignments, personal reflection, and response questions.

re:gen for Students
re:generation for Students is for anyone in grades 9-12 who is seeking God’s help with the brokenness in their life and is willing to do the work required by this 15-week program. By walking the steps of healing given to us by God through the Bible, many people have found freedom from personal struggles like anxiety, obsessive thoughts, substance abuse, grief, people pleasing, sexual sin, eating disorders, the pain of a broken home, depression, suicidal thoughts, the pain of abuse, anger, and many more. Cost is $30 for the Workbook, and parental permission is required. Parents must attend the Orientation on week one. This group is limited to 10 boys and 10 girls and will have a Fall and Winter session. Make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter for registration details!
How is re:gen for Students Different?
Although re:gen for Students uses the same great (although edited for age-appropriateness) resources and addresses the same struggles as re:gen for Adults, there are a few key differences:
- 15 weeks instead of one year
- 7 steps instead of 12
- 2 sessions per year with limited enrollment
- Exclusively for high school students
