Students from incoming 6th grade to outgoing seniors are invited to join us on June 25th for our annual HersheyPark trip. Here’s what you need to know about this trip:

PLEASE READ THIS IN DETAIL!

• Students and leaders are REQUIRED to wear their RED Point YM shirt the entire day!
  • Chambersburg/Greencastle students check-in @ 8:45 am
  • Chambersburg/Greencastle students bus departure @ 9:00 am (heading to Shippensburg campus)
  • Shippensburg student check-in: 9:00 am
  • Bus departure from Shippensburg campus to Hershey – 9:30 am
• Arrive at Hershey Park – 11:00 am
• All students must be at the entrance by 7:45 pm to catch the bus
  • Hershey Park departure – 8:15 pm sharp
  • Drop off @ Shippensburg – 9:30 pm
  • Drop off @ Chambersburg – 10:00 pm

• Cost: $60.00 per student (price includes park ticket, transportation, pizza for dinner) due by June 18.
  • Cost for Season Ticket Holders $10.00 per student (price includes transportation and dinner) 
  • Pay online or with check/cash

• Each student will be required to check-in @ the pavilion by the water park at 4:30 pm
• Students are free to explore the park with a minimum of three students per group.
• Parent/Guardian medical release form REQUIRED FOR EVERY STUDENT & must be returned by June 18.
