Each organization will need two team leads who will be responsible for:

  • serving as the main point of contact leading up to the event for both the GPC team and the organization
  • responsible for regular communication to your volunteer team
  • receiving, reading, and quickly responding to email communication
  • attending a brief training event on Friday, September 5 at GPC-Chambersburg to receive all the materials and information you’ll need for Serve Day
  • take photos of your team/serve day project to share with GPC
