Journey Forward

Group Description

Journey Forward will intentionally foster meaningful relationships by creating a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where adults age 50 and older who are single, separated, divorced, or widowed can build authentic friendships, encourage one another, and share life’s journey. Our monthly gatherings will include fellowship, prayer, scripture, and discussion focused on growing in our relationship with Jesus and discerning His purpose for this season of our lives. In addition to our meetings, we will plan regular social activities and seek opportunities to serve others together, helping our members not only grow in faith but also live out Christ’s love through service in our church and community. We will plan to have the “kick-off” on September 10th at 6:30 pm.  The plan is to schedule the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month from 6:30 to 8:00 to begin with (in the Community Room at Greencastle).
