Each organization will need a team lead who will be responsible for:

• serving as the main point of contact leading up to the event for both the GPC team and the organization
• responsible for regular communication to your volunteer team
• receiving, reading, and quickly responding to email communication
• collecting & distributing necessary materials to your team
• taking photos of your team/serve day project to share with GPC
